We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, BC. This role offers opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Your Role- Provide consultation services to internal and external healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Develop, plan, organize, and evaluate clinical programs, quality assurance activities, teaching, and research activities.
- Oversee the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients in the critical care setting.
- Support departmental and regional pharmacy initiatives through collaboration and mentorship.
- Provide clinical support and expertise to other healthcare professionals.
- Perform competency assessments, provide drug information, and act as a specialty advisor on regional and local evidence-based decision-making processes.
This is a relief full-time opportunity until the incumbent returns, offering a dynamic work environment with continuous educational opportunities and a supportive team committed to patient-centered care.
