About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Superintendent to join our team at Homes by Avi. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective construction of homes in our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Site Superintendents in managing construction schedules and ensuring sites are ready for the next scheduled trade.
  • Perform small deficiency repairs, assist with quality control checklists, and schedule repairs with trades.
  • Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to established production schedules.
  • Foster effective trade and supplier relationships.
  • Manage customer expectations and liaise with Sales and Customer Relations teams.
  • Complete tasks assigned by Site Superintendents or Construction Managers.
