Job Title: Assistant Site Superintendent

At Homes by Avi, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Site Superintendent to join our team. As an Assistant Site Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the efficient and cost-effective construction of homes in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Site Superintendents in managing construction sites, ensuring efficient site management, adherence to safety protocols, and site cleanliness.
  • Perform small deficiency repairs, assist with quality control checklists, and schedule deficiency repairs with trades.
  • Responsible for ensuring sites are ready for the next scheduled trade and completing labor-intensive tasks required to maintain safe site access.
  • Foster effective trade and supplier relationships and manage customer expectations.
  • Efficiently complete all tasks assigned by the Site Superintendent or Construction Manager.
Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of residential construction practices and light carpentry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and work independently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player who works well with co-workers and customers.
  • Ability to develop and grow in the residential construction industry.
