We are a dynamic company looking for an experienced culinary professional to join our team as an Executive Culinary Team Leader. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating new recipes, instructing cooks in food preparation and presentation, and supervising kitchen staff. You will also be required to requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and train staff in food handling and preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.

You must have excellent oral communication skills, be physically demanding, and work well under pressure. As a team player, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
