Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CO-OP. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment
