Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales floor staff
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- 2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Our retail store is located in a rural area, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of sales staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have good manual dexterity.
