Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Wetaskiwin Shell. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, manual dexterity, attention to detail, standing for extended periods
