Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $75,000 per annum, with opportunities for growth and professional development. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, health insurance, and retirement plans.

About the Role

As our Corporate Bourbon Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer and consumer education, and supporting marketing and sales team initiatives. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and hospitality partners.

  • You will serve as the face of Jefferson's and Rabbit Hole bourbons, embodying the brands' values and heritage.
  • You will maintain an in-depth understanding of the brands' histories, production processes, and unique selling points.
  • You will plan, coordinate, and host bourbon tastings, dinners, and promotional events at bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.
  • You will conduct educational seminars for consumers, bartenders, and retail staff to enhance their knowledge and appreciation of Jefferson's and Rabbit Hole bourbons.
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales volumes.
  • You will assist in the creation of promotional materials and sales tools.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the spirits or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of bourbon, whiskey, and the overall spirits industry.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across Canada, with regular evening and weekend work required.
