Overview

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Management Training Program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a structured learning journey, mastering the skills and knowledge needed to excel in sales, customer service, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing branch operations and team members
  • Analyzing financial data and making informed business decisions

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
  • 6 months of cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years
  • Authorization to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
