Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Rastogi Consulting Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
