Store Operations Manager

FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance staff productivity.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Select and procure products and services that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess the needs of the store and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and customer service.
- 1 year to less than 2 years: Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
