Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chestermere Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is well-organized.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: Work language is English.
