Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chestermere Liquor Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring the store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate
