Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chestermere Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Perform tasks such as organizing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a liquor store environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
