At SPECTRAFORCE, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Data Analyst Leader to join our team. With a strong background in data analysis and leadership, this individual will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation.

Job Description:

As a Senior Business Data Analyst Leader, you will be responsible for leading data analysis initiatives, developing business strategies, and mentoring junior team members. Your expertise in data modeling, data mapping, and data profiling will enable us to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead data analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results;
  2. Develop and implement business strategies, leveraging your knowledge of finance and banking industries;
  3. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles;
  4. Analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively to drive project success.
Requirements:
  1. 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the finance or banking industry;
  2. Strong experience with data modeling, data mapping, and data profiling;
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members;
  4. Proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large databases;
  5. Possess a university degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with Netezza, SAS, Python, and Cloud AWS;
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines;
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
