Join Gold's Gym British Columbia as we seek a dynamic Corporate Sales Director to spearhead our corporate and community partnership program. As a seasoned professional in the health and wellness industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships to further expand our customer base.



Our ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, with experience in sales, marketing, and business development. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and working closely with our marketing and ownership teams to ensure brand consistency and drive sales initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate partners and stakeholders
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with our marketing and ownership teams to ensure brand consistency and drive sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships


Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of the job. The benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
