Assistant Professor Position in Operations Management and Decision Sciences

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for a tenure-track faculty position in Operations Management and Decision Sciences at the Assistant Professor level. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of our undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as engage in research and scholarly activities.
Responsibilities- Teach core decision sciences, operations management, and business analytics courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Conduct research in operations management and/or business analytics, with a focus on publishing in top-tier journals.
- Develop and maintain a productive research agenda, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and knowledge transfer.
- Engage in service activities, such as departmental and university committee work, and contribute to the development of our programs and initiatives.
- Ph.D. degree in Management Science, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong research potential in operations management and/or business analytics, with a focus on publishing in top-tier journals.
- Ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a strong emphasis on student learning and engagement.
- Proficiency in data science fields, such as AI, machine learning, and data visualization.
