Assistant Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our faculty as a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Operations Management and Decision Sciences. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of our undergraduate and graduate programs in Operations and Decision Sciences, and to establish a strong research program in this area.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and develop courses in Operations Management, Business Analytics, and related areas at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Conduct research in Operations Management and Decision Sciences, with a focus on publishing in top-tier journals and maintaining a productive research agenda.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry partners and collaborators to support research and teaching initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of our undergraduate and graduate programs in Operations and Decision Sciences, including curriculum design and program assessment.
- Ph.D. degree in Management Science, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong research potential in Operations Management and/or Business Analytics, with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills, with experience in teaching and developing courses in Operations Management and related areas.
