About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Support Care Worker to join our team at Priory Adult Care. As a Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes.
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments and provide emotional support.
  • Monitor and record physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to senior staff.
  • Encourage participation in social and recreational activities, promoting a fulfilling life.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature.
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
  • Competent in verbal and written English.
