About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Support Care Worker to join our team at Priory Adult Care. As a Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily activities, such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments and provide emotional support
  • Monitor and record physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to senior staff
  • Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
  • Competent in verbal and written English
