Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2080613 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
