Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2080613 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and improve operations.
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
