Job Title: Freight Forwarding Technician

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and plan operational logistics
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments and ensure proper functioning of equipment
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational activities and coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
  • Maintain vehicle operator work records, organize and maintain inventory, and communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
