About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Delivery Strategist to join our team at SAS Global.

Job Summary:

The Cloud Delivery Strategist will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of customer ecosystems, effectively leading delivery projects and providing real-time management of assigned enterprise accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, driving time to value and ensuring optimal customer experience and value realization.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion and advocate for customer experience, providing white-glove service through strong, long-lasting customer relationships built on trust and transparency.
  • Project Management: Lead delivery projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of customer initiatives.
  • Solution Management: Manage complex and varied portfolios of solutions and managed application services with global footprints.
  • Contractual Budget Management: Oversee contractual budget management, ensuring profitability.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At Least 8 Years: Experience in service account management, customer success management, consulting or related roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical concepts, structures, requirements, environments etc. and solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, negotiate with customers, present to C-level executives and communicate effectively.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, comprehensive medical, prescription, dental and vision plans, short- and long-term disability plans, generous time away including vacation time, paid holidays, volunteer time off and unlimited sick days.

Location:

This position is based in Ottawa, Canada and requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
