Home Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Coordinator to join our team at Nisa Foundation. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our transitional home.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate in-home volunteers to provide assistance to residents.
- Oversee routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained.
- Manage incoming donations and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Liaise with contractors for necessary repairs and renovations.
- Research and apply for grants to support the facility's operations.
- Manage financial transactions and expenses.
- Collect and manage mail, and monitor the P.O. Box for important communications.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the community for donations and client-related needs.
- Respond to emergency calls and messages from residents and clients during after-hours and weekends.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in facility coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and applications.
