Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at CANADA LTD. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a cash register, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with self-checkout and monitor all entrances and exits.
  • Reconcile daily/shift payments received with total sales and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
