Nanny Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nanny to join our team at Michelle Flynn. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Childcare and Education: Develop and implement engaging educational activities, promoting cognitive development and social skills in children.
- Household Management: Maintain a clean and organized living environment, ensuring the children's safety and comfort.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
- Communication: Maintain open and honest communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 7 months of experience in childcare, with a focus on providing exceptional care and supervision.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, time management, patience, and honesty.
As a nanny with Michelle Flynn, you will work in a non-smoking, scent-free environment, with a focus on providing a safe and healthy environment for the children.
