Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our team at Michelle Flynn. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
  • Plan and engage in activities that promote social development, such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the children, fostering a sense of trust and security.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
Language:

English is the primary language spoken in this role.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing needs.
