Job Title: Vice President, People

Crawford & Company is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Human Resources function and drive strategic initiatives that support our business objectives. As Vice President, People, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement and communications program to promote a positive work environment and drive business results.
  • Partner with the leadership team to create a compelling corporate and employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management and performance processes to drive business outcomes and support succession planning.
  • Collaborate with the human resources team to design and deliver a competitive total rewards program that aligns with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and recommend policy updates and enhancements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience in a role of comparable size and scope.
  • 3 years hands-on experience leading large-scale change management and employee engagement programs.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Personnel, Human Resources, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation.
