Job Title: Sales Ambassador

We're seeking a Sales Ambassador to join our team, responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone and providing detailed information about our photography experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to understand and convey the unique value proposition of Nuovo Artistic Photography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential clients who have expressed interest in our promotions.
  • Information Provision: Provide detailed information about our photography experience, ensuring potential clients have all the necessary details to make an informed decision.
  • Booking Management: Secure bookings by effectively communicating the value of our artistic photography, guiding clients through the process, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards meeting set targets and quotas to ensure our studios are fully booked, contributing to the overall success of Nuovo Artistic Photography.
  • Upselling: Present and sell add-on beauty services such as makeup and hair-styling to enhance the overall photography experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in over-the-phone sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
