Job Summary

RBI Forming Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, from load-bearing to finishing work.

About the Role
  • This position involves working outdoors at heights, in dusty conditions, and handling heavy loads.
  • You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Additionally, you will assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials across the site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under supervision.
  • Help with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a physically demanding role that requires repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and working in challenging environmental conditions.
