Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Wetaskiwin Shell. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
