Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

You will be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
