**Job Title:** Manufacturing Operations Coordinator
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team at CEC Personnel Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of a team of specialized cleaners in an industrial plant setting. Key responsibilities include establishing work schedules, overseeing the safety of operations, and co-ordinating work activities with other departments.   • Work Environment: Noisy, dusty, hot, and wet/damp conditions
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service, cleaning service company, industrial plant
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
  • Oversee safety of operations
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Supervision: 5-10 people, specialized cleaners, working groups
  • Specialization or Experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, own vehicle
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, initiative, client focus, dependability
