Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage senior project teams to deliver high-quality environmental projects, including site characterization and rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and supervise technical staff, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project delivery meets industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental project management, including site characterization and rehabilitation.
  • Membership in a professional association, such as the Order of Engineers of Quebec or the Order of Geologists of Quebec.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Quebec environmental regulations and standards.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
