Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings and seminars.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our team. They will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
In addition, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. They will also be responsible for arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations, as well as setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
