Job Description

As a Sample Logistics/Reception, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients in a friendly and positive manner
  • Receiving client samples and ensuring they are properly organized and stored
  • Unpacking and sorting samples according to analytical requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records of sample receipt and distribution
  • Preparing bottle orders and coordinating delivery of supplies
  • Lifting up to 40 pounds as needed

You will work closely with various couriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of samples. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels of sampling containers and media.
