About the Role

This position is responsible for coordinating project activities and providing estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating project logistics, including site visits and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Preparing and presenting project estimates, including pricing and quantity takeoffs.
  • Collaborating with project managers and superintendents to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • ~5+ years' of related work experience.
  • Experience in estimating and project coordination from a contractor's perspective.
  • Ability to ensure a commitment to project delivery, client service and quality management within budget.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a favorable driver's abstract.
