We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at strEATS. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 per year.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage our food service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, including requisitioning ingredients and supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Additionally, the Food Service Supervisor will train and develop staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition and Manage Supplies: Ensure timely and efficient ordering of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Lead and Develop Staff: Train and mentor team members to improve performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate budget forecasts and cost estimates to optimize resource allocation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
