About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Physio Care. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents as required.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
