Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Noodle King Vietnamese Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
  • Establish work schedules and manage staff rotas.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
