About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Promotions Manager to join our team at Husky's Gas Station. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including product development, brand promotion, and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in marketing software and tools.
