About the Role

Pioneer Cruises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advertising and Promotions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging and informative promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our business services.
  • Market Business Services: Identify and target new business opportunities to promote our services and increase revenue.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Oversee and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote our business services.
  • Plan and Direct Advertising Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns to promote our business services and increase brand awareness.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in Preparation of Materials: Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to support our business services.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Conduct Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gather valuable insights and feedback from our clients and stakeholders.
  • Gather and Prepare Communications Material: Gather and prepare communications material, such as press releases and media kits, to support our business services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, such as advertising, marketing, or business development.
