Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Progress Glass Company Ltd. as an Administrative Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including coordinating with vendors, managing supplies, and ensuring that the office is running smoothly.
  3. Project Coordination: Coordinate projects from start to finish, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks to meet deadlines.
  4. Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  5. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  6. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  2. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  3. Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  4. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload
  5. Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
