- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal awareness and judgement.
- Education: Hold a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Work Setting: Be willing to work in a hospital setting and relocate to a rural area if necessary.
- Experience: Experience in internal medicine is an asset, and a temporary employment arrangement is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
