What We're Looking For:

An Operations Development Coordinator will be part of our Early Talent Program, an undergraduate summer internship program designed to expose students to the beverage industry, engage them in real-world problem-solving, and provide opportunities for social and educational growth. As a key member of our team, you'll work on designing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and leading projects that drive business objectives.

You'll have the opportunity to develop fundamental knowledge of brewery operations, gain detailed insights into specific processes, and demonstrate your ability to implement successful projects from start to finish. This role offers a unique chance to build relationships, collaborate with colleagues, and take ownership of results.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in brewing, food science, science (chemistry, biology, microbiology), or chemical engineering for the Brewing department
  • Pursuing a mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or related engineering discipline for Packaging, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Technical Services departments
  • Has a passion for complex problem-solving, project management, and collaboration
  • Takes accountability for results, acts with integrity, and honors commitments
  • Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our organization
