Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing strategies to increase department sales and profitability
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve set objectives and motivate team members to do the same
  • Ensure the supply and marketing of department products, while maintaining compliance with procedures, policies, and hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Coach and motivate team members to improve department productivity and quality customer service
  • Assist in receiving deliveries, ensuring safe storage of products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

  • Management experience is an asset
