Job Summary

KPMG is seeking a talented and energetic Indigenous Management Consultant to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as an Intern/Co-op Consultant/Senior Consultant working in our Toronto practice.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our clients in Financial Services, Public Sector, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications with services like strategic planning, process improvement, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in assessing their current situation, designing future goals, and developing and implementing actionable roadmaps.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Self-identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program (we will be considering candidates from a spectrum of programs such as Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Arts, etc.).
  • Currently in your first, second, or third year of study.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
