Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Store Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a highly standardized environment that delivers a transformational customer experience. You'll work closely with our General Manager and cross-functional partners to manage budgets, lead by example, and set clear goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow
  • Train store staff on technology and operational procedures
  • Partner with the GM and cross-functional partners to manage and maintain annual budgets
  • Manage people resources and lead by example
  • Support the customer experience by working with PR/Marketing to execute special event needs
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
  • Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
  • Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 CAD - $75,000.00 CAD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
