About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team at Saskatchewan Laser Hair Skin Care Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas
  • Answer and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Process client information and maintain accurate records
  • Operate our switchboard and telephone system with ease
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and basic bookkeeping
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and confirming client details
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
